Artificial intelligence tools can generate “hallucinations” by inventing non-existent cases and laws, so justice will remain a “human endeavor” for a long time to come. This was stated by the President of the Constitutional Court (CC) Domnica Manole during the international conference “The Future of the ‘Marketplace of Ideas’ in the Context of Internet Development, Fake News and Artificial Intelligence: Challenges for Constitutional Courts”.
