How far does our banking autonomy extend? This and other questions were answered by the Governor of the National Bank of Moldova (NBM) during the Conference of Heads of Central Banks of Francophone Countries, which is taking place in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. The conference is dedicated to the theme: “Autonomy of the central bank in the conditions of state and public expectations”.
