This was reported by the e-Government Agency, which provided a list of government agencies that offer 100% of their services online.

According to estimates made as part of the digital transformation monitoring process, in 2025 alone, the use of digital government services resulted in savings of more than 853 million lei by reducing the time required to provide and access services.

Another 14 government agencies exceeded the 50% threshold for digital service availability, and some even have a rate of over 80%, the agency reports. Digital services are available on EVO, an integrated app or portal for accessing government services.

Thus, citizens can access information on 629 government services, of which 426 can be requested online (with or without an electronic signature), accounting for 67.7% of all government services.

At the same time, citizens can submit applications or requests for access to information to the agencies providing these services, as the portal is linked to eDemocratie.gov.md.
