The program is designed for professionals who are taking their first job through a placement program within one year of completing their education. Those who are starting their careers at state cultural institutions in Chisinau will also be eligible for support. To be eligible for funding, applicants must be employed full-time at a state cultural institution.
Payments will be distributed over the first three years of employment. The first portion of the assistance will be disbursed in two stages: after the first month of employment and at the end of the first year. Two additional payments are scheduled after the completion of the second and third years of employment.
At the same time, the ministry has opened the application process for graduates and published a list of 111 open positions in state cultural institutions. Graduates of foreign universities will also need a document certifying the recognition of their degree.
Among the requirements for participation is the submission of documents confirming education and the status of a young professional. Applications will be accepted until August 21 in electronic or paper format.
The Ministry of Culture believes that the program will provide additional support to graduates starting their careers and help retain them in the industry.
