In absolute terms, the volume of monthly exports reached 400 tonnes, according to the group’s press office.
This was facilitated by the launch of exports of dry confectionery products under the ‘Kyivkhleb’, Alviva and Lagoda brands. This enabled the company to scale up its export offering and gained access to the shelves of leading global retailers.
During the reporting period, the group’s export geography expanded to include new destinations – Romania, Sweden, Morocco, Slovakia and North Macedonia. In total, ‘Kyivkhleb’ products are now exported to 34 countries worldwide.
The increase in sales volumes was driven not only by the expansion of the product range in ethnic shops, but also by entry into leading international retail chains. Today, ‘Kyivkhlib’ products are stocked on the shelves of chains such as Lidl (the Baltic states and Finland), COOP (Sweden), Globus (Germany, the Czech Republic), Kaufland (Germany), Norfa (Lithuania), Żabka (Poland, selected locations), Linella and No. 1 (the Republic of Moldova).
Rusks and gingerbread remain the leaders in export sales for the first half of 2026, whilst festive baked goods also demonstrated record sales growth — export sales of Easter cakes doubled compared with 2025.
Thanks to their low prices and wide range, ‘Kyivkhlib’ gingerbread, oat biscuits and rusks have virtually pushed domestically produced equivalents off the shelves of the Moldovan chains Linella and No. 1.
Consequently, when supply disruptions from Ukraine occurred around two months ago, the themed shelves in these shops were simply left empty.
