The Ministry of Agriculture has announced that it is now accepting applications for subsidies from young farmers, as well as small and family-run farms. Applications for subsidies from the aforementioned categories of beneficiaries may be submitted between 1 and 30 October 2026 to the regional offices of the Agency for Agricultural Interventions and Payments.

Agricultural producers cultivating plots of land up to 10 hectares in area are eligible for these subsidies. For vineyards (whether for wine or table grapes), the eligible area is lower – up to 5 hectares.

Financial support is provided in accordance with the selection criteria set out in the specifications for measures under the Strategic Programme for Agricultural Policy for 2026–2030 (PSPA), as well as the internal procedures of the AIPA.
