The concert, themed ‘Unity through Culture’, will bring together around 500 finalists – representatives of artistic groups and soloists from across the country who have passed the preliminary selection stages. The participants’ performances will be accompanied by the Moldovan National Youth Orchestra, conducted by Andriano Marian.
The festival-competition, initiated by choir director Elena Marian, took place throughout August in three stages, including regional selections and zonal rounds in Orhei, Soroca, Bălți, Comrat and Ialoveni. The project is being implemented as part of the ‘Access to Culture’ National Programme with financial support from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Moldova.
Parliament invited the public to support the participants and share these significant cultural values.
