
It provides for the abolition of so-called “hidden” permits, which are applied in addition to those required by the Law on the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity through Permitting, and are imposed on businesses in addition to the official Nomenclature of Permits specified in Appendix No. 1 to that law.
Thus, it is proposed to repeal the Regulation on the Import, Storage, Sale, and Use of Phytosanitary Products and Fertilizers; the government resolution approving the list of pharmaceutical raw materials, materials, products, and primary and secondary packaging used in the manufacture and production of medicinal products; and, in general, to simplify the operating conditions for pharmacies, etc.
The Regulation on the Procedure for Applying the List of Jobs for Which Compensation Allowances May Be Granted for Adverse Working Conditions will also be repealed.
It is proposed to prohibit the operation of vehicles with license plates on a yellow background, to abolish the logbook for recording occupational safety and health instructions, the list of documents required to receive a subsidy under the program “Promoting the Development of Agritourism and/or Wine Tourism,” and others.
