The project provides for a faster and more user-friendly search system, including on mobile devices. Users will be able to find documents by number, title, issuing authority, year, or content, as well as more easily verify whether a document is in effect, has been repealed, or has been suspended.
Another new feature will be the ability to view historical versions of laws and the amendments made to them, as well as to download documents in PDF format.
The project also provides for the automatic exchange of data on regulatory acts with other information systems.
To modernize and maintain the system, the Agency for Digitalization in the Field of Justice and Judicial Administration has announced a public procurement contract worth 125,000 lei for maintenance and development services for the “State Register of Legal Acts.”
