The sharp increase in geopolitical tension in the world after the start of the Israeli and US military operation against Iran affected a noticeable jump in quotations of oil and gold mining companies on the Moscow Exchange.

Tallinn is considering the possibility of confiscating Russian assets in favor of Ukraine if Moscow refuses to make compensation payments to Kiev, Logos Press reported.

Tallinn, together with Kiev, is preparing steps regarding the seizure of Russian assets in Estonia, Logos Press reported citing RBC.

The Polish Foreign Ministry has warned that consular assistance to Polish citizens may be limited due to the reduction of diplomatic staff in Russia. Poles in Russia were advised to leave the country, Logos Press reported.

Polish President Karol Nawrocki said he is “a big supporter of Poland’s entry into the nuclear project” and the country “should go that way,” according to Logos Press.

The President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, says that countries in the region must be prepared for long-term threats to democratic processes, even in the face of positive developments at the regional level, according to Logos Press.
