Moldovan athlete Alexandru Ciuleanu won gold and silver medals at the European Championship in Brazilian jiu-jitsu according to IBJJF, held in Lisbon (Portugal), reports Logos Press.

Professional Nicolae Frangou, Moldovan amateurs, masters, young men and athletes with disabilities won 44 medals at the European Open Championship under the auspices of the WKSF (International Kettlebell Lifting Federation), held in Chisinau. Of them, 18 medals of the highest merit, 14 – silver and 12 – bronze.

Moldovan foilist Adelina Senik won the gold medal in individual competitions at the Fencing World Cup stage among athletes under 20 years old in Samorin (Slovakia), while the national team won the team competition.
