As the City Hall specifies, the rehabilitation will be carried out in stages. The road will be repaired from the upper part of the street.
First, the section between Aleku Russo and Marija Dragan streets will be rehabilitated. It is planned to repair the road surface and sidewalks, to replace curbs, as well as to arrange green areas and improve the street lighting system.
After these works, the lower part of the road on Mešterul Manole Street will also be rehabilitated.
The city authorities note that Meshterul Manole Street has not undergone major repairs since its operation and is one of the most deteriorated transportation arteries in the city.
Within the framework of the Meshterul Manole Street rehabilitation project, it is planned to repair 30,000 m² of road surface and about 7,200 m² of sidewalks.
In addition, the Mayor’s Office plans to improve the green area along Mešterul Manole Street.
