The most popular format is buying land and building your own house: 28% of participants chose this option. Another 15% are inclined to install a modular house on the purchased plot, and 12% are ready to buy an old house and restore it. At the same time, 45% of respondents noted that they would not like to move from the city to the countryside. Thus, the results demonstrate: despite urbanization trends, the demand for living outside big cities remains significant.

The majority of those who allow moving associate it with the opportunity to have their own home, land and more space – subject to the development of infrastructure and work opportunities in the communities, MINFIN writes.
