As part of this subscription, government bonds are available on the following terms:

  • Maturity: 1 year, annual interest rate: 7.45 per cent;
  • Maturity: 2 years, annual interest rate: 7.55 per cent;
  • Maturity: 3 years, annual interest rate: 7.65 per cent;
  • Maturity: 4 years, annual interest rate: 7.85 per cent.

The face value of each bond is 100 lei, and the corresponding interest is paid every six months directly into the investor’s bank account. Purchases are made directly from the Ministry of Finance without intermediaries.

More than 8,500 verified profiles have already been registered on the platform. Around 3,800 citizens have already carried out at least one financial transaction. The total amount of interest that the state has transferred to investors’ personal accounts has exceeded 60 million lei.

The first two bond issues have already successfully reached maturity and were fully redeemed by the Ministry of Finance, confirming the instrument’s 100 per cent reliability. Experts attribute the popularity of government bonds to the absence of commissions for private individuals, the ability to carry out transactions entirely online, a fixed yield guaranteed by the state, and the absence of capital gains tax and tax on interest received.
