All Moldovan state enterprises in the future should switch to new organizational-legal forms corresponding to the modern economic realities, Logos Press reports.

The operator of the electricity transmission system, SE Moldelectrica, will be reorganized into a joint stock company with 100% state capital, Logos Press reported.

State-owned Moldelectrica announced the re-run of the tender for the purchase of electricity to cover technological consumption and losses in the transmission network for the supply period from January 1 to March 31, 2026.

In Moldova, more than 109 MW of grid capacity is once again available for renewable energy thanks to a new regulation introduced by the Ministry of Energy – Logos Press reports.
