The Moldovan government has decided not to extend the program of licensing of grain imports from Ukraine, and from January 1, 2026 the country will return to the normal import regime, – reports Logos Press.

The Forța Fermierilor Association calls on the Moldovan authorities to resume licensing of grain and oilseed crops from Ukraine by a special state commission from the beginning of 2026 – as “an essential measure to protect local production and ensure genuine Moldovan exports to European markets”, Logos Press reports.

Moldova’s energy market operator OPEM on October 27, 2025 started the process of registering participants of organized electricity markets, day-ahead market and intra-day market, – Logos Press reports.

The government today, June 24, decided to extend the licensing regime for imports of wheat, corn and sunflower until December 31, 2025, Logos Press reported, citing a release from the MAIA Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry.
