The footage was taken yesterday, July 19.
In both the video shot on Albisoara Street and the footage taken from the viaduct, some kind of murky liquid is flowing through the Bîc Riverbed.
It is unclear whether this is wastewater or some other environmentally harmful substance.
So far, neither the Chisinau City Hall nor the Ministry of the Environment has responded to the incident in any way.
We are keeping a close eye on this issue.
