
Thus, during the specified period of the current year, the volume of post-investment payments totaled 1,078.36 million lei (for 2,212 completed projects), compared to 585.44 million lei (for 1,035 investment projects) in the first half of last year. Thus, the volume of subsidies under this category of state support for agriculture increased by 84.2%.
The largest share of post-investment subsidies was allocated for the following purposes:
- investments in production, processing, or marketing infrastructure in the crop production sector—265.68 million lei (SP8);
- investments in the construction, reconstruction, equipping, and modernization of 260 livestock farms—224.63 million lei (SP6);
- investments in soil cultivation technologies – 165.77 million lei (SP 10).
In the first half of 2026, compared to the same period last year, the volume of advance payments increased by 66.8% —from 117.87 million lei to 196.60 million lei.
The largest portion of advance subsidies was allocated for the following purposes:
- the “Modernization of Livestock Farms” program for the establishment, modernization, and equipping of 262 livestock farms—186.17 million lei (SA_1.6).
“These results reflect the intensification of investments in key agricultural sectors and the contribution of support mechanisms managed by the AIPA agency to the modernization of agricultural enterprises, the development of production infrastructure, and the improvement of the sector’s competitiveness,” the agency’s statement reads.
