Following the request submitted by the State Enterprise “Chișinău International Airport” on June 16, 2026, the Public Property Agency proposes including 15 non-residential rooms (basements). These properties are non-residential spaces located in apartment buildings on Dacia Boulevard (nos. 71/2 and 73/2). They are not located within the airport’s operational perimeter, on the airport apron, or on airport-owned land.

The document specifies that the rooms have not been used, are not currently used, and will not be used by the company in the course of its operational, production, and/or commercial activities.

Furthermore, according to the company’s accounting records, the assets in question are not included in the assets contributed to the entity’s share capital. Under these circumstances, retaining them under the company’s management is not justified from the perspective of its operational needs.

The draft was reviewed at a meeting of the secretaries-general and is to be submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers for approval.
