A military operation is being prepared

According to The New York Post, officials in Washington are considering a scenario they’re calling “the most complex operation in military history.”

The main task of the large military force is to secure access to key sites. The military will have to clear minefields, secure access routes, take control of the territory, and defend it against possible attacks. After that, a small special operations team will be tasked with retrieving the stockpiles of enriched uranium.

According to the specialized publication *The High Side*, units that may be deployed for the operation include SEAL Team 6, the 2nd Ranger Battalion, and the 21st Company of the Army’s Ordnance Command. Possible targets are believed to include nuclear facilities in Isfahan and Fordo, as well as an underground complex in Mount Kolang.

According to Richard Goldberg, a former member of the U.S. National Security Council, Iran is already preparing for a possible attack.

“We have seen reports that Iran is fortifying a facility in Isfahan, setting up booby traps, and possibly deploying forces along the perimeter,” he said.

The report came a few days after U.S. President Donald Trump stated that Washington is closely monitoring the movement of Iranian nuclear materials. According to him, the U.S. may strike these facilities if it deems it necessary.

Earlier, The Wall Street Journal reported that Israel had shared intelligence with the U.S. regarding Iran’s transfer of centrifuges to underground tunnels in the Mount Kolang area. In Washington and Tel Aviv, this facility is known as “Pixax.” It is located approximately 220 kilometers south of Tehran, near the nuclear complex in Natanz, which was already targeted during the recent conflict.

Trump has repeatedly stated that Iran must not acquire nuclear weapons. According to him, any agreement with Tehran must exclude both the development and the acquisition of such weapons.
