Moldovan chain Esushi opened its fourth restaurant in Romania

According to the Romanian resource capital.ro, the Moldovan brand entered the Romanian market in November last year and since then it has been constantly expanding. The new restaurant is already the fourth in the neighboring country.

Esushi is a trademark of Investes SRL, which is owned in equal shares by Moldovan entrepreneurs Serghei Vrynchan and Valentin Puiu. It was established in 2018 and at first was exclusively engaged in food delivery. This was followed by the opening of a small takeaway, and later the partners opened a bistro in Chisinau.

Today, the Moldovan chain already has eight Japanese restaurants located in different sectors of the capital.

In Romania, all four Esushi restaurants are located in Bucharest.

The chain’s turnover in 2023 amounted to 44.34 million lei, with a profit of 5.94 million and 99 employees.
