According to the CU press service, from April 20 to April 26, 2026, individuals imported goods whose value at customs exceeds the non-taxable limit. The taxation of such individuals allowed collecting about 21.03 million lei to the budget, which is 2.50% of the total amount collected during the corresponding period.
Also, 11,150 customs declarations were issued last week, while the flow of vehicles amounted to 71,637 border crossings. The busiest customs points remain Leuseni and Sculeni, with 15,654 and 13,360 crossings, respectively.
