The project calls for a complete renovation of the restrooms on all levels of the building: the work will cover the basement (semi-basement) level, the first floor, and the three upper floors. The need for this major investment stems from the high degree of physical and functional deterioration of the interior finishes, plumbing fixtures, and utility systems.

The plan is to remove the old finishes and install new materials, update the layout of the rooms, and completely replace the water supply and sewer systems. In addition, the electrical and ventilation systems in all restrooms will be modernized.

The project includes the construction of a separate restroom for people with disabilities.
