In the period from May 25 to 28, 2026, the delegation of the Social Services Agency of Georgia is on a working visit to Moldova at the invitation of the National Social Insurance Fund of the Republic of Moldova. The visit is organized on the basis of the provisions of the Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of social protection between the two agencies.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss topical issues on the bilateral agenda, exchange experience and best practices in the social protection field, as well as to develop institutional dialog between the Republic of Moldova and Georgia.
The working visit will touch upon the topics related to the national legislation in the field of pensions, social protection of persons with disabilities in the social security system, proactive payments, as well as digitalization of social services, which is of high interest for the Georgian delegation.
At the same time, the specialists of the two agencies will discuss the issues of servicing beneficiaries, mechanisms for improving access to public services and assessing the level of satisfaction of the population with the quality of services provided.
According to the Ministry’s report, the National Social Insurance Fund highly appreciates the cooperation with the Social Services Agency of Georgia and reaffirms its commitment to the development of effective partnership for the benefit of citizens of both states.
