In Giurgiulesti port the berth will be extended

The press service of ÎCS Danube Logistics SRL, the general investor and operator of the port, reported that the first stage of the project of the berth at the general cargo and container terminal of the MSPD is operating at full capacity. The construction of the second phase will increase the length of the berth by another 70 meters. The second stage of the berth was envisaged in the initial project of the port for its development and full functioning.

As a reminder, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), which controls ÎCS Danube Logistics SRL, announced on April 14, 2025, the beginning of the procedure of searching for a strategic investor for the ISPD.
