According to meteorologists, the greatest risks during this period will be in the southern and central regions of the country. Staff at the Hydrometeorological Service are urging the public to exercise caution and refrain from lighting fires near forests, farmland, and areas with dry vegetation.
The situation is complicated by the fact that the active phase of harvesting the first group of grain crops is currently underway. On the one hand, dry weather creates favorable conditions for accelerating the harvest. On the other hand, the high volume of agricultural machinery in the fields increases the risk of dry vegetation catching fire.
