According to the Ministry of Defense, facilities in Odesa, Chornomorsk, and Izmail were targeted. According to the Russian military, these facilities were involved in the delivery of military supplies and fuel and lubricants to Ukrainian forces. Also, according to the ministry, military-industrial complex facilities in Kyiv associated with the production and storage of long- and medium-range drones were struck.

On the night of July 11, an air raid alert was declared in the Odessa region and Kyiv, RBC reports. In the Ukrainian capital, according to local authorities, explosions occurred and damage was reported in several districts of the city.

The Russian Ministry of Defense states that Russian forces are striking exclusively military targets, energy facilities, and related infrastructure.

As of this writing, the Ukrainian side has not confirmed Russia’s claims regarding the nature of the targets in Odesa, Chornomorsk, and Izmail. No independent confirmation of the destruction of these facilities has been provided either.
