
According to the Moldovan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, since January this year, about 100 companies have participated in intensive trainings, benefiting from the experience of Romanian specialists from the Center for Supply Chain Management, an institution with more than 20 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
During the program, the participants studied in depth important topics such as:
- Supply Chain Management (SCM) principles;
- warehousing management;
- transportation and distribution management;
- control of logistics projects;
- green logistics.
The last module is dedicated to practical tools for inventory optimization and demand forecasting, including analysis of inventory impact on financial performance, advanced replenishment methods based on ABCX analysis, practical application in Excel with real data, development of an efficient operational forecasting system
“The MoveUp program is an important initiative that contributes to the development of professional skills and supports the modernization of the business environment in the Republic of Moldova. The participation of about 100 beneficiaries demonstrates a real interest in continuous learning and the need for high quality training programs”, said CCI President Sergiu Harya.
With the support of partners
Upon completion of the program, participants receive recognized certificates in logistics and transport, confirming the acquired skills and their practical application.
The program is offered free of charge and is implemented by the Center for Supply Chain Management in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova, and coordinated by the International Finance Corporation in partnership with the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs of Switzerland.
The MoveUp program is part of the Logistics Services project implemented in Ukraine, Republic of Moldova, Serbia and Albania to improve private sector competitiveness and regional logistics skills.
