The meeting approved the updated composition of the company’s Supervisory Board, which is elected annually. Its members include representatives of the Ministry of Energy—State Secretaries Karolina Novak and Vitaliy Myts—as well as representatives of PJSC Gazprom: Sergey Kuznets, Vitaliy Markelov, Kirill Neuymin, and Dmitry Khandoga.

During the meeting, shareholders were presented with MoldovaGas JSC’s financial report for 2025, which shows a positive result due to the recalculation of accounts payable in accordance with the provisions of current legislation.
