
The event will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Participants will be introduced to funding opportunities, European cooperation programs, and mechanisms for Moldovan institutions and organizations to participate in European projects and partnerships. The session will cover ANCD funding programs and the Horizon Europe program, including opportunities for research, innovation, and international cooperation.
Special attention will be given to the New European Bauhaus initiative, its principles and areas of development, as well as the European mission to create “smart and climate-neutral cities.”
Participants will also learn about CapaCITIES’ experience in building capacity for cities’ transition to climate neutrality and gain practical insights into participating in a Horizon Europe project as part of an international consortium.
The session is intended for central and local government authorities, regional development agencies, higher education institutions and research organizations, civil society organizations, and business representatives.
For Moldovan organizations, the event is of particular interest in terms of access to European funding programs, international partnerships, and projects in the fields of research, innovation, and sustainable urban development.
