
The largest exporters of apples to the Russian market were Azerbaijan and China, with shipments estimated at $60 mln and $50 mln respectively. The top five also include Serbia ($41.8 mln) and South Africa ($26.9 mln), Agroexpert writes with reference to RIA Novosti.
Earlier, Logos Press reported that Moldovan apple exports to the European Union last year amounted to 36.1 thousand tons (compared to 24.8 thousand tons in 2024), the amount of supplies – $25.5 million (from $16 million in the previous year).
