According to the press service of the ministry, between April 14 and April 20, 2026, individuals imported goods whose value at customs exceeds the non-taxable limit. The collections on such cases amounted to about 19.3 million lei, which is 2.7 per cent of the total amount collected during the corresponding period.
Also during the past week, 9647 customs declarations were issued, while the flow of vehicles amounted to 80,120 border crossings. The most popular customs points remain Leuseni and Sculeni, with 18,023 and 15,536 crossings, respectively.
