This decision was taken by the National Road Transport Agency (NRTA). The restrictions are temporary and concern the introduction of changes to the inter-district road transport program. The ban will be in effect until November 30, 2026.
The restrictions are set by an order prepared by the agency, which has been published and entered into force.
Exceptions to the temporary rule
The document also prescribes exceptions to the rule. The restrictions will not apply to cases of revocation of authorization to carry out motor transport transportation of passengers and, as a consequence, the exclusion of these routes. Nor will they apply to changes in routes to settlements where there is no regular transportation service.
The agency reminds that the Contravention Code contains provisions for sanctioning the perpetrators of such violations. Except for cases when additional flights are carried out on regular routes.
In particular, it is stipulated that the implementation of road transportation of passengers on regular routes with departure from the final points at a different time or along a different route than provided for in the schedule, shall entail the imposition of a fine.
In the case of natural persons, it shall be applied in the amount of 20 UU to 50 UU with or without 3 penalty points. In the case of officials, it is imposed a fine of 40 UU to 60 UU and in the case of legal entities a fine of 60 UU to 120 UU.
