Ion Katana has been appointed Chief Inspector of the Animal Protection, Welfare, and Registration Division, and Daniel Sharban has been appointed Senior Inspector of the Food Safety Control Division at the ANSA regional office in Orhei, Rezina, Telenesti, and Soldanesti.

During the swearing-in ceremony, the agency’s Deputy Director General, Mihail Zheregi, emphasized the importance of ANSA inspectors’ mission in safeguarding the health and well-being of the country’s population, as well as in monitoring the safety of the agri-food sector.
