Not only does the robot sew the underwear, but it also cuts the fabric to size. It can operate around the clock, which has a positive impact on production volumes. And it helps in situations where we need to produce more goods in a short period of time.

“We can quickly fulfill additional orders. There were situations like that this year, when we had to quickly produce twice as much as was approved in the production plan,” says Nadezhda Lazarevich, chairwoman of the “Bellegprom” concern, as quoted by the Belarusian portal tochka.by.

At the same time, there are also people working at the Baranovichi Production Association. “Only women’s hands can create unique products,” notes the head of “Bellegprom.”

Despite the introduction of robots, human labor is valued at the plant. Machinery is used on the assembly line.

Belarus has also organized training programs to prepare personnel for such innovations. A new educational and scientific center has been established in the field of robotics, automation, and modern production technologies. It will train engineers, designers, programmers, and specialists in production process automation and industrial robotics.

Students will be able to gain practical experience directly at production sites.

In addition, the center will serve as a hub for research and development. This is expected to help accelerate the adoption of new technologies in actual production.
