According to the institution, the aim of the initiative is to collect citizens’ opinions and feedback that will help improve the performance of the health insurance system and adapt services to the needs of the population. The CNMS emphasized that all responses are anonymous and will be used solely to analyze and improve the system.
The questionnaire can be filled out online at https://cnam.md/chestionar/ until August 31, 2026. Citizens who have received health services in the last 12 months can participate. For minors, the questionnaire must be completed by a parent or legal representative.
The survey covers a wide range of topics: access to medical services, reimbursed medicines and medical devices, as well as problems that patients face when applying to the compulsory health insurance system.
The NCMS noted that the participation of citizens will help identify existing shortcomings and improve the quality of medical care in the country.
It should be reminded that the “Voice of the Patient”(Vocea Pacientului) platform was recently launched – another tool for assessing the quality of medical services, taking into account the opinion of patients. Through the platform, any patient can talk about his/her treatment experience, assess the quality of services and express his/her level of satisfaction with medical care. This mechanism, called “trust mechanism”, will be implemented nationwide – in all public hospitals, including departmental institutions.
