She came to aviation by chance – during a period when she was looking for a new direction in life after a difficult phase, said Yulia in an interview with the local publication TUK.md.

She noted that in order to become a flight attendant, one must meet a number of conditions set by the airline. Candidates must be over 18 years old and have a good command of English. Communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations are very important.

There are also basic physical requirements – good health and the ability to swim. But in general, it’s not just about looks. Airlines are looking for responsible and flexible people who are able to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers.

The selection itself includes about five stages – from English language test to assessment of the ability to work in a team, Yulia said. No special education or experience is required. After successfully passing the selection process, training in the company begins, which lasts about two months.

“My main goal is to reach the highest possible level in the profession. I am ready to work hard for this because I feel that I am really in my place,” the Wizz Air flight attendant said in her interview.
