According to the agency, the proposed concentration will be carried out through the acquisition of control over the assets of “Natur Bravo” SA by “Orhei-Vit” SRL. Information on the business activities of the participating companies is provided in general terms so that opponents of the transaction can submit their objections to the agency regarding possible violations of competition law resulting from the concentration.
“Orhei-Vit”: production of fruit and vegetable juices; processing and canning of fruits and vegetables; production of baby food; production of mineral water; and wholesale trade in beverages. Production activities are carried out in the Republic of Moldova, while sales activities take place both within the Republic of Moldova and in countries of the European Union, Asia, and North America.
“Natur Bravo” SA: processing and canning of fruits and vegetables; production of fruit and vegetable juices; retail sales of beverages, fresh fruits and vegetables, and other food products in specialty stores, etc. The company’s production activities are carried out in the Republic of Moldova, while its commercial activities take place both within the Republic of Moldova and in European Union and CIS countries.
