Today, the City Hall informed citizens that the sidewalk on Cusa Voda Boulevard in the Botanica sector of the capital is being repaired. The works are being carried out on the section between Dacia Boulevard and Independence Street.
Repair works have not been carried out here since the street was put into operation, the city administration said.
At present, work is underway to remove the old concrete pavement. Further it is planned to replace curbs and lay a new pavement. In addition, new parking lots will be arranged on this site.
Earlier, another section of Cusa Voda Boulevard, between Dacia Boulevard and Sarmizegetus Street, was thoroughly repaired (sidewalks, roadway and parking lots).
Similar works are underway on Gheorghe Asaki Street, a basic traffic artery in the Telecentru district. Here too, sidewalks are being repaired, green areas and parking lots are being developed.
