Since the beginning of the current year, the Customs Union of Moldova has collected about 16.9 billion lei in the state budget, which is 102.5% fulfillment of the control indicator.
At the same time, during the period from May 25 to May 31, 2026, goods were imported by individuals, the value of which exceeds the non-taxable limit at customs, and about 23.9 million lei were collected.
In addition, 12,445 customs declarations were processed during the past week, while the flow of vehicles amounted to 75,022 border crossings.
The busiest transit customs points are still Leuseni and Sculeni, with 16,389 and 13,511 border crossings, respectively.
