As part of the monitoring, ANSA inspectors intend to monitor the power supplies for the following parameters:

  • hygienic conditions in food preparation areas and food storage areas;
  • condition of kitchen equipment, utensils and cutlery;
  • quality of drinking water;
  • sanitary condition of working surfaces in the catering units;
  • relevance of documents confirming the origin and traceability, expiration dates and storage conditions of food products;
  • children’s menu, its compliance with physiological norms and requirements of health authorities;
  • medical certificates and qualification (hygiene issues) of service personnel.

Inspections are carried out in accordance with the approved Official Control Plan, which ensures strict compliance with current legislation on the protection of children’s health. To prevent cases of food poisoning, ANSA inspectors will monitor the safety of summer camp food units and the quality of food throughout the school vacation period.
