
He made this statement at a joint press conference with Honduran President Nasri Asfura in Kyiv.
“In the areas along the two regions bordering Ukraine, there is military equipment that is directing fire at the Ukrainian population. Let them shut down that equipment. I think a week will be enough for him. If he doesn’t do it, we will,” the Latvian news portal Delfi quoted Zelenskyy as saying, citing The Insider.
He also accused Belarus of supplying petroleum products to the Russian army and stated that Russia continues to push Belarus toward war, calling the June 17 attack on a bus carrying a Belarusian children’s soccer team in the Bryansk region a provocation.
Earlier, on June 15, Lukashenko called it unacceptable for Belarus to be dragged into Russia’s war against Ukraine and stated that he had discussed the issue with Putin.
And in May, Ukraine warned that it had identified the first 500 targets in Belarus in case the country entered the war.
