Venezuela will become part of the US?

This was reported by Fox News journalist John Roberts on social network X after a conversation with the American leader.

“Just got off the phone with President Donald Trump … He told me he is seriously considering making Venezuela the 51st state,” he wrote.

Reporter Bill Melugin added on his page on the same social network that Trump also said during his conversation with Roberts that Venezuela is home to $40 trillion worth of oil. He also said the US president told the reporter that “Venezuela loves Trump.”

“The most obvious benefit? America would instantly gain control of the world’s largest proven oil reserves of over 300 billion barrels. No more dependence on hostile regimes for energy. Lower gasoline prices, energy dominance and an economic boom for both countries. Smart leadership turns crisis into strength. Let’s do it!”, a user under the pseudonym Michael Mattox – The Mad Ox wrote in the comments.
