Costiuc was invited to Abu Dhabi by the well-known businessman and head of the executive team at the Platinum Group consulting platform, Dr. Ali Nasser Sultan Al Yabhouni Al Dhaheri.
According to Costiuc, the purpose of the visit is to identify partners for the Republic of Moldova and to develop new economic relations with the Gulf states.
“I came to establish economic corridors, build economic bridges, and seek reliable partners in the United Arab Emirates,” Costiuc said in a video message.
He maintains that the Republic of Moldova must diversify its economic relations and attract partners not only from the European Union but also from the Gulf countries, China, and India.
Working meetings are scheduled in Abu Dhabi between representatives of the Republic of Moldova and the Platinum Group. The company operates in sectors such as infrastructure, energy, technology, real estate, agriculture and the food industry, healthcare, as well as in the precious metals sector. The meetings are introductory and exploratory in nature and aim to identify concrete opportunities for economic and investment cooperation between the Republic of Moldova and partners in the United Arab Emirates.
