The goal of the partnership is to provide both integrated software solutions and to develop local capabilities to implement and support the Charisma software suite. In doing so, NetSafe ensures quality control through local engineering teams and customer relationship management.

Charisma is already integrated with e-Factura and Msign, the respective local systems, and covers a wide range of business processes – ERP, human resource management, asset finance, healthcare and business intelligence. Internationally, the platform is ranked in the top 10 in the global asset finance category and in the top 10 in the European ERP and HCM categories.
The expansion in Moldova is part of TotalSoft’s regional development strategy to expand its network of local partners, and comes in a regional context in which Moldovan companies and institutions are looking for secure and compliant alternatives to existing solutions, especially in terms of compliance with European standards.
TotalSoft has already started projects in the Moldovan market, where a number of local companies have implemented the Charisma package. One of the major Moldovan banks is already using the Charisma solution for asset finance.
