The consultations will take place from 4 September to 7 October 2026 and relate to three background studies: ‘Economic Development’, ‘Municipal Infrastructure/Public Utilities’ and ‘Public Services’.
As specified by the city administration, the documents analyse the municipality’s economic potential, public infrastructure and the population’s access to public services. This forms the technical basis for informing decisions on urban development up to 2040.
A public meeting will take place on 23 September 2026 at 13:00 at the Buyukan District Administration, located at 2 Mihai Viteazu Street, in a hybrid format, with both in-person and online participation.
The City Council invites residents, experts, representatives of government bodies, the academic and business communities, as well as civil society, to take an active part in the consultations.
Comments, suggestions and recommendations may be submitted until 7 October 2026 via the online form available as part of consultation CP-03; via the official platforms pug.chisinau.md and consultari.dgaurf.md; by email to [email protected]; or in hard copy to the General Directorate for Architecture, Urban Planning and Land Relations at Chisinau City Hall.
The relevant materials can be viewed on the websites www.chisinau.md and pug.chisinau.md.
