Under the terms of the project, 70 participants, selected from among 166 who had previously registered, will have the opportunity to re-enter the labor market.
The Municipal Center for Adult Learning and Education is implementing the program for the second consecutive year. It is designed for residents of the municipality aged 30 to 55 who, for various reasons, have taken a break from their professional careers, — those who were on parental leave, faced difficulties after completing their studies, or wish to undergo professional retraining.
Citizens who lack sufficient professional experience or have experienced difficult life situations and need support to reintegrate into professional life can take advantage of this initiative.
Program participants will receive vocational training in areas such as accounting, clothing design and production, social media management (SMM), and office administration.
The program includes mentoring, training in business communication, use of MS Office tools, as well as information on employees’ rights and responsibilities.
Training under the program will take place from June 10 to August 15, 2026, in an in-person format at CMIEA, located at 14 Matei Basarab Street, Rîșcani.
