A new digital tool named “Ana” was created to simplify citizens’ access to important public information about the mandatory health insurance system, as well as to provide quick answers to frequently asked questions and assist users in finding information on the website.

With the help of this assistant, users can obtain information about an insured person’s status, the procedure for paying compulsory health insurance premiums, categories of citizens insured at the state’s expense, medical services covered by compulsory health insurance funds, as well as other issues related to the company’s activities.

The virtual assistant operates 24/7 and is available directly on the website www.cnam.md. It complements existing channels for informing and communicating with citizens, offering a quick and convenient way to obtain the necessary information.

At this stage, the virtual assistant is being launched in pilot mode and will be continuously evaluated to identify areas for development and improvement. CNAM will continue to expand and refine its functions to ensure that the answers provided are as up-to-date, comprehensive, and tailored to users’ needs as possible.
