The forum’s program includes presentations on investment and trade opportunities in both countries, as well as networking and B2B sessions aimed at establishing professional contacts and reaching agreements on joint investment projects. The forum organizers identify agriculture and the processing industry, infrastructure and construction, information technology, “green” energy, and the pharmaceutical industry as the areas with the greatest potential for cooperation.
Trade statistics show that in 2025, Moldova’s direct exports to India remain modest—well below $1 million. The main export goods were machinery and equipment (44%), as well as apples (21%), optical and medical devices (18%), and pharmaceutical products (about 16%).
