Alkis Geralis will lead Mars Wrigley’s operations in Romania and the Republic of Moldova, leading a team of more than 100 employees to accelerate business growth, strengthen partnerships and further develop high-performing and engaged teams in Central Europe’s most dynamic markets.
He joined the Mars Group in 2019 as Head of Key Accounts for Greece, Cyprus and Malta, after more than ten years at Procter & Gamble. In 2020, he was promoted to Market Manager in the same region, where he contributed to business development and strengthening local teams.
Since October 2024, Alkis has served as Market Director for Mars Pet Nutrition in Greece, the Balkans, Israel and Palestine, coordinating a complex sub-cluster of 12 markets. Under his leadership, the region has shown steady growth while building high-performing teams that work well together.
